Product recall notifications 

In the event of a product issue or recall, suppliers should email all notifications to: scmrecalls@mayo.edu.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows recall notices to be sent by email. Paper is no longer required.

Mayo Clinic fully honors patient freedom of choice and, if you receive a prescription for a Prescription Product from Mayo Clinic or a Mayo Provider, you always have the option to instruct Mayo Clinic to transmit that prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

Mayo Clinic reserves the right to unilaterally correct any inaccuracies on the Site without notice. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
